Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. The check-in machine on the right did not have the letter "D" so that was a problem."

"The hotel had just opened up so everything was very clean and new. We had 2 main issues during our stay. The first was our bathroom. Our sink was leaking so parts of our floor and towels were wet. When we spoke to someone at reception, she told us that she would send us new towels, which was helpful. The shower also doesn't drain very well so the floors were constantly wet. "Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people."
