It was a nice apartment. There were several markets near by, a great Italian restaurant. The tram line is very close.

The staff were not very friendly and room walls were dirty but location, price and overall look of hotel made up for that. Nice parking but expensive 19 Euro/day. Breakfast looked okay but 14 euro so we didnt eat there

The room was cold and the heating couldn’t be turned up. I had to ask reception 3 times over our 4 day stay before it was acceptable. The mattresses are uncomfortable and only one pillow is provided. The kitchenette is very useful and it is all very clean

The toiletries were limited to hand soap and body and hair wash only, and they were not top up when checked in. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay. Its breakfast spread was very good at an reasonable price.

Amazing hotel we have used one like this before and so good to be able to cook and have a fridge room size amazing bathroom so good and all so clean and very good staff on arrival would recommend to all to use this hotel so close to team and a big supermarket that you can get everything from fresh frozen and cooked food and even eat there as well

Great service and a comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for cooking simple meals. There are tables suitable for working on a laptop, and in spring, the space gets plenty of natural light. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom has no ventilation.

The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe).

Okay but may be no parking

The property itself was good - the location was good, huge Kaufland right opposite, good facilities and amenities in the apartment. Nice staff as well. The only downfall was the parking - for the 2 nights of our stay we could not use the car park as it was full up. The only other option was to use free street parking which was also limited so we had to park much further from the hotel at times and it caused us concern as we were on a roadtrip and had a lot of belonging in our car. So thats something I would consider before booking this hotel again.

The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc.

The hotel is not located very close to the center but we walked about 30' and it wasn't that bad. At night we returned by tram and it was quick and easy. Parking, if there is space, is very convenient and safe. You have to pay for it but it is very convenient. It has laundry facilities which for us was very important. The room had a small kitchen and the room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is a good option.
