It has a spacious sun terrace with garden. The apartment has a separate entrance and a parking space directly in front of the house. The living space is approx. 45 square meters and is a non-smoking apartment, ideal for 2 people. The two rooms are located in the basement and consist of a living/dining room with a comfortable pull-out couch (140x200) as well as a bedroom, small dressing room and bathroom.
