Perfect location and great home
Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is absolutely perfect. You are walking distance to a convenience/liquor store, two different restaurants, and the walkway over the dunes. I will definitely book again. Really appreciated the streaming options already loaded on the TV. The extra beach stuff was super convenient.

Great family house at the beach
The house perfect for our large family, the 3 and 1/2 bath room were the best. The large deck was wonderful. If any down fault the sun rise was hinted with the houses in front of us but still enjoyed it. Thank you for our family stay.

Great Family Beach House!!
It was a super easy check-in. The house had plenty of space and was just as advertised and more! There was a great deal of supplies in the kitchen, snacks upon arrival, beach chairs, a ton of beach times, kids toys, games and books for inside. It was a pleasure staying at this house and was perfect for us. I was staying there with my siblings and their families as well as my parents. The proximity to the beach makes it incredibly easy to come and go to the beach. Also several walkable restaurants!

Perfecr view, very clean, and lots of space!
Other than being right next to the beach, this house is fabulous! The cleaniness, organization (everything was literally in order, not one issue with the home) all was labeled for easy access. Property manager, Veer, was on top of things as we arrived. Definitely a high recommended home! We will be back again.

You Have No Idea Until You Get There
Me and my family accidentally booked this beach house with intentions of staying in Galveston. We had never been to Surfside, luckily this winded up being just the vacation we needed! The ocean is LITERALLY 30 seconds walking distance. Our host was VERY gracious. Left us with welcome snacks and had plenty of extra household items you typically forget to take on trips. I cannot express enough how awesome the location, the house, the town and the host was. You have no idea until you get there!!! I only have one gripe!! I did not read the welcome book when I first got there lol. Spending quite a few dollars on ocean gear when the host had it all in a storage closet. Which you will know if you read the book! Haha, that was entirely my fault, but WELL WORTH IT. Thank You Veer!

Perfect for family gatherings
Look no further! This was the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate Christmas. Plenty of beds in spacious rooms with closets, charging ports, and anything else you need. The 3.5 bathrooms were a bonus. The den, kitchen and deck provided large spaces to gather. And the views - Spectacular!!! The host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

Wonderful property and location
We had such a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather wasn’t so great but for the times we were able to get on the beach, the location was fantastic. The house was nicely appointed with some extra amenities that were a plus. The young ones enjoyed the indoor toys during our inside time. The floor plan was a great for our family and the huge deck with the fantastic view is an enormous plus! The gate at the top of the stairs helped us feel safe with the 2 young boys with us (age 3 and 5). Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway
My sisters, girl cousins, nieces and I had a great getaway weekend at this Seascape Retreat in Surfside Beach. We were just a 5 mi ute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to our favorite restaurant in Surfside Beach. This home was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Only bring your food and beachy attitudes!

Great location, spacious inside and out. Loved the number of bathrooms and bedrooms
This house is located just steps from the beach. It has a great deck and there is a grill to use. The house is spacious. LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms which was so nice for our group. Kitchen is nice but some amenities are not there (no aluminum foil, lacking in pans for cooking) so if you need something special be sure to bring it. Overall- I would certainly stay here again! Thank you for staying with us. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Appreciate the feedback on the Aluminium foil. We have several pans for cooking. They are in the bottom drawer to the right of the stove. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils needed to cook.

Family Vacation
Wonderful memories were made thanks to Veer and this amazing property!!! The house had all the amenities we needed and more. We were within steps of the beach where we spent most of our time swimming and fishing. We also enjoyed the large patio with beautiful views of the Gulf! We hope to continue to return to Surfside for family getaways and would stay here each time!

Best we've ever stayed
We have rented several houses on the beach and the is by far the best. The house is large and the rooms are very roomy. The beds were comfy. The deck outside is huge and has a great view of the gulf. The owner has available beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys. Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach, and a lot of it has to do with the Seascape. We can't wait to come back and rent this house again

The house was great. Just as described. The kitchen had the basics plus a little extra — everything we needed. It was clean. So close to the beach. Great big deck. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, stuff like that. The host was easy to contact. We never needed anything, but he checked in with us just to make sure. Great Beachhouse Stay with Friends
Had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything about this home is great from the large outdoor deck, to the spacious living area/rooms and most important the close proximity to the beach. The owner was a gracious and attentive host, kept in constant contact throughout our stay. We had a few technical/maintenance issues but was provided immediate attention, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had three couples with kids stay at the beach house. We all had a great time and it was a perfect size house for all us to enjoy comfortably. Comfortable and convenient
We arrived at this beautiful property the day after a rowdy group of guests had departed. Veer let us know ahead of time that the previous group had damaged some items on the property, preparing us for our arrival. We found additional damage and let Veer know of those issues. He was gracious and grateful for the updates. None of the damage interfered with our ability to enjoy our stay. The property is comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. We had a small group of people and so we were able to spread out and all but lose one another over the course of our visit! The proximity to the beach is unbeatable - close enough to keep an eye on family at the beach and to run back for missing items. I would definitely recommend the property to future guests!

The location of this beach house is very convenient to getting to and from the beach quickly. The home has nice sized bedrooms which made it pleasant for our extended family to have enough space. The layout also allows for people to sleep while others are awake in the common areas. The host is very accomodating and answers questions in a timely manner.

This place was perfect for our four family units, each had their own room. Kitchen and living room spacious enough. A short walk to the beach in a minute. It is a public beach that allows vehicles so watch little ones closely. The host was very quick to respond to several needs that arose. This is definitely a place we will consider returning to and we have some picky family members lol.

Excited Stay
One of the best rentals we have stayed in. From the moment of arrival, our family was greeted with a beautiful home and treats for the kids. They had all the amenities that we needed for all ages from a kitchen made for cooking our larger family dinners and a closet full of toys and games to keep everyone entertained when not at the beach. The beach was just a few steps away. Veer was so kind and helpful whenever we had a question. We are too grateful to have found this wonder home away from home to spend some quality family time at the beach.

Stop looking, stay here!
We are frequent vacation home renters. I would estimate between differing vacation sites we have easily booked about 150 nights over the past few years. This is our favorite rental so far! Why you ask? The house: Cleanest rental we ever had. Best stocked kitchen we ever rented. We cooked all meals and found every gadget needed with no shortage of pans, dishes, prep items. The house is a great size however has an awesome layout that makes it feel much bigger than it is. The secondary rooms are separate from the master and you could easily fit a large group without having to count couches or pull out beds which is usually how these sites count space. There was a nice stock of beach items, indoor games and entertainment. We usually bring our own entertainment and beach items and never had to take them out of the car. The house also had all the toiletry and paper items that most rentals don’t include and force you to do a store run. My favorite part was the oversized deck with built in tables and seating. We enjoyed all our meals outside over looking the water and enjoying the breeze. The location: House is steps away from the beach. This made it so easy that we got way more beach time then we normally have the desire to do with little kids. We did multiple trips each day which is not our norm. Few steps to the sand dune bridge and then we always found a stop on the beach right in front of that. We have done multiple beaches so far in TX and this was the most enjoyable. So much so that the non beach activities we had planned got cancelled because everyone just wanted to keep going back to the beach. The host: Great communication. Texted prior to day of arrival to see if we had any questions and than at arrival to make sure we got in okay; which we did because the instructions were super easy. The host also left a good house book so all the needed info was readily available. Upon entry we were also greeted with basket of refreshments and treats which was awesome and made us feel like welcomed guests. The host even went as far as leaving a personalized birthday card for my daughter since I had mentioned when renting we were there to celebrate her birthday. Instant smile on her face and extra special touch that really made the trip memorable.
