"Great place , need a mall, great breakfast"

"There were a couple of problems the first day (arrival), but they were sorted out by the time I came back on the second day. The staff were very helpful, the room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was extensive and high quality."

"Tres bien !"

"The room provided to the family of 4 was really spacious and the staff was amazing and very close to the train station which is really a factor if you have few check in luggage with you. The food was amazing and really feels safe and very clean and well maintained. I will surely want to stay longer if possible."

"Very nice hotel with great restaurants."

"Very modern room, great kitchen facilities, fast and easy check in!"

"The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location was very convenient."

"Very crean and nice staff."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, great gym"

"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel"

"Warm and inviting. Great location! Comfortable beds and very clean. Loved it!"

"Perfect location. Very helpful and pleasant staff."

"Good location, wifi and breakfast."

"I like this hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. I stayed there a couple of times. I like that you are able to do laundry by yourself for around CHF 2-4. This is great when you are on longer trips. Good rooms, clean and modern. Just a 1-minute walk to the Ostermundigen train station."

"Clean room and the staff were lovely and helpful."

"Good stay"

"Great location, great breakfast, clean."

"The staff were very kind and accommodating. For Europe standards the bed was on the softer side and the pillows and bedding were quite plush. Would stay there again without question. "

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! Rooms and all Anne cities were above and beyond expectation… will definitely be staying again:)"
