Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse oder Balkon. Wir haben nicht reklamiert, haben das Zimmer behalten. Nachts wurde es extrem heiss, im Zimmer war kein Klima. Nur zwei kleine Fenster, selbst mit geöffneten Fenster kam keine Luft rein. Und das Lärm vom naheliegenden Bahnhof hat das schlafen unmöglich gemacht. Sauna wurde um 20.00 geschlossen. Wir haben das beim Check-Out mitgeteilt, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen für den Fehler wurde uns geraten das richtige Zimmer zu reservieren das nächste mal.
