"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "

"Great hotel in a quaint, rural village in the mountains. Fantastic restaurant that obviously has a chef that knows what he is doing! The views from our room were amazing, and the heavens gave us a spectacular lightshow - brilliant stars early, and then a fast-moving thunderstorm later. Great morning hike before a wonderful breakfast. Sorry that we had to leave such a peaceful place so soon. "

"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! "The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare.
