"The owner was extremely helpful and responsive and the location was perfect. The walled garden was perfect for family to gather on warm days. However, although it’s advertised as sleeping 16, it doesn’t have the living space for 16, either to eat or gather. Other staff at the property were very accommodating and we loved the sustainable aspect of everything in the house. "

"The hotel was a good alternative to Travelodge. Reception was quick and friendly. Room was compact but comfortable with a large screen television. Beds firm but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good but continental breakfast was limited. Sausages on cooked breakfast were awful. The whole hotel was unnecessarily cold, wasting energy and uncomfortable. Reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly but again the bar was limited, some cocktails would have been nice. Would not hesitate to use again."
