"This property is adorable. Very family friendly, but we went for a girls weekend so we could wine taste in Sebastopol and get a massage the next day, and then lay by the pool. I accomplished alil of that and would go back again but stay a little longer and do the Sunday drag brunch!!! "

"We’ve stayed at Mount View several times because we love the downtown location, the classy old rooms, service and pool area. This time we discovered what a class act they are. On day 2 of a 2 night stay we returned to a room where the bed was soaked from a water leak in the room above us. The room was unusable and they had no other rooms other than a tiny bunk bed room they use for emergencies. Fortunately that room was across the hall from our wet room. The manager immediately offered to comp that night and give us the bunk room to sleep in. We were able to keep all our stuff in the first room negating the need to pack up everything. On top of that he left us a beautiful bottle of wine to take to dinner. You can really tell how good or bad any company is when you see how they react when things go wrong. Mount View definitely did right by us in an unfortunate situation. "
