"Great location to parks, the botanic garden, multiple food options and shopping. The room was lovely with a nice sized bathroom, large windows and a great balcony. Breakfast was additional but a great option. "
"The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot.
Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure."

"I loved staying at the SANA Berlin! The hotel is on a quiet street with grocery, shopping, and public transit options nearby.
The staff was incredibly approachable and hyper focused on making the stay a lovely experience.
The room I stayed in was quite large with ample storage space for those that overpack.
