We arrived late and left early, so we only used the hotel as a quick stopover. The price was very reasonable for a family of four like ours. The hotel is clearly well used. If it is renovated in the future, they should seriously consider installing soundproof windows to provide guests with a more comfortable and restful night’s sleep.

Nice central location to visit our family.

We enjoyed the reception staff except for a couple men who weren’t and seemed irritated when asked a question. The rest of the staff were very nice and readily offered assistance.

Great value for money. Not very central to Berlin, but when the public transport is working it's very easy to get to the heart of the city. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing- if you have noisy travellers on your floor, you will hear them very clearly.

The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

Very disappointing stay. The elevator was out of service for my entire stay, and my room was on the 5th floor, which made the experience especially inconvenient from the moment I arrived. The staff was remarkably unhelpful, and apparently even the water comes with an extra charge. Hospitality here seems to be treated as an optional service. Given the condition of the hotel and the poor level of service, I believe a partial refund is completely reasonable. I would strongly recommend that travelers consider other options before booking this property. Expedia, I would appreciate it if you could review this stay and consider appropriate compensation or a partial refund.

We were waiting long time when we checked in. There was one person and it took really lıng time. There were noisy all night so we did not sleep. The breakfast was great. The room was clean.

Standard german breakfast - Was ok. The hotel room was worn, floor in bad condition, walls in bad condition look wise.. Def need a shine up! The second bed was so bad, even our kids couldn’t fall asleep, really really terrible bed. I cannot recommend this place, with the condition of the room I have experiencedc glad we only had one night, arrived late and departed early. I have slept in 100’s of hotel rooms, and normally always happy for what I see, big not this place.

Very nice property, located withing walking distance of many attractions and food options, also, very closed from the train station. Parking was free in front of the hotel. Super safe and secure area. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk, as I was getting ready to leave with my kids I dropped my wallet with all of our passports and money. They kept it safe and nothing was missing. Thank you so very much for your help and honesty.
