Looking for an amazing one-bedroom, well-appointed vacation getaway? Look no further! “Beachy” elegance awaits you. This first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo condo has a spectacular golf course view. It is located in the community of Ocean Village and only minutes from our private beach. Tile throughout. Updated furnishings throughout. Living room has a flat screen TV, with a pullout sofa sleeper allowing you to sleep 4 in this unit. A very nice patio with additional patio set outside for your enjoyment. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen tv with a walk-in shower and an extra vanity. WiFi, basic cable, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from; nine-hole executive golf course, four swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, Tiki Bar, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard. The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!
