They put me in a handicap room because there were no more room available that I had booked. They were completely full. They had changed my room the next day to 2 queen beds but the room was dated and the tub looked as if it had not been cleaned(scrubbed). I didn't get my room cleaned or towels either day except for the last day I was there. She came around 7PM but I was already in the bed. So told he just to give me clean towel because I was checking out in the morning. The restaurant is a little high but the food is amazing!

One of the best hotels in the Ft. Lauderdale area that we stayed at. Complaints would be an overpriced breakfast at $22.00 per person. No complementary coffee until 11:00AM, paid $15.00 for 2 regular coffees at the in hotel Starbucks. Price includes $2.00 service charge for pouring 2 cups of coffee. Could be more affordable

Liked the room layout but some items needed attention. One wall mount USB jack was broken and the covering on the daybed as torn. I was very unhappy about the miscommunication (no communication) about the breakfast voucher. I paid out of pocket for one day. It was basic continental...not worth $28! The location was convenient to Wilton Manors. I will stay there again but will eat elsewhere. Room 606

Room was okay. Beds comfortable. Outlet in bathroom was not working and door needed repair. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in helping guests with the exception of Front desk manager who reserved a taxi upon our departure.

Very dirty - hair in shower, on walls, carpeting was filthy, etc. Right across the street is what appears to be abandoned trailer houses where homeless people are living.

We were asked to wait an hour or so for a room th be ready after 4 pm when we checked in. Then it was ready. The bar staff was amazing. We booked this room in florida for the pool for our child with autism bc he loves this activity. It wasn't until after we were all moved in when we asked staff for directions to pool and said it was under renovation. I dont think businesses should be able to advertise pool when i dont have access to it. It really is all i want in a hotel for my.child to enjoy. Very frustrated, false advertisement on bith expedia and marriot.
