" Roupas de cama sujas, chuveiro ruim (o misturador não funcionava), limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atendentes nada simpáticos ... Fora isso, equipamento de limpeza e chuveiro da piscina estavam quebrados. Para finalizar, meu filho queimou a mão em uma torneira de água que fica na piscina - era água quente sem nenhuma sinalização. Péssimo"

"Fui com um pouco de medo porque nunca fiquei nesse modelo de estadia, algo menor, e me surpreendi, com o bom atendimento, a limpeza do quarto, o conforto da cama, todos os funcionários tão simpáticos e solícitos, muito obrigada e com certeza voltarei! "Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"I was quite disappointed with this hotel. Sure, the view is stunning, and the staff is kind (as you would expect in Brazil). But the hotel is in need of an update, the walls, bathtub, chairs and bed have seen better days. The rooms are quite run down, to the point that we did not even feel like using the jacuzzi in our suite. The window was broken, and there was plenty of bugs in our room as well as shedded scorpion exosceleton. And, perhaps worst of all, the toilet was not flushed when we...

"Loved my stay here! Gorgeous view and good value for the price. I found it very walkable despite being on a slight hill (better view that way) and I had a good time here. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was that one morning the water was unexpectedly not running and I had to skip a shower. I forgot to ask why and never got an explanation. The breakfast was pretty okay but the coffee was very bad. The hairdryer didn’t work in my bathroom. Overall I would totally stay here again...
