"Nice clean spacious property with great views and very quiet area. Easy enough to walk to town center 10-15 min. Nice pool area and staff were very friendly and helpful. Always responded quickly to any queries. Be aware that if you have mobility issues there are lots of stairs to get to the hotel and rooms."

"Frequento essa pousada a bastante tempo, ficando hospedado várias vezes. O grande diferencial era a possibilidade de frequentar as instalações do Insólito. Desta vez fui surpreendido pela necessidade de pagamento de R$250,00/dia/pessoa para uso do day use. A informação foi dada após a confirmação da reserva. Quando questionada a gerência foi informado q anteriormente constava a possibilidade e que retiraram essa informação. No serviço de café da manhã foi notada a queda da qualidade, pois com a pousada lotada havia apenas uma funcionária atendendo. Apesar de todo esforço da mesma nao dava conta com diversos pedidos esquecidos e não reabastecimento do buffet(faltou café, pães, frutas, etc). A piscina que agora é a única que pode ser frequentada não possuiu nenhum guarda sol(vital, pois não há nenhuma sombra natural) o serviço de bar inexiste. Paguei o day use, pois estou acostumado c serviço do Insolito. Infelizmente a pousada q já foi uma bela surpresa hj não me atende. "

"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"Amazing boutique hotel, far enough away from the bustle and hustle but within easy reach of some amazing beaches and the main strip. The grounds are wonderful and the loungers super comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast an artisan feast. "

"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful. We had an early booking for a boat trip that required us to leave the hotel at 6 a.m., and they prepared a little breakfast bag for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautiful. We had one with an ocean view and a small balcony—sublime! The food at the restaurant is delicious, as are the drinks. Breakfast is also amazing. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the center (Rua das Pedras) and about 10 minutes from some lovely beaches. The only thing I’d like to point out is that there are quite a few stairs, so keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues."

"L’endroit est splendide, calme et apaisant. L’accueil et le personnel sont au petit soins et ce service rend le séjour agréable ! Ils ont même pensé à nous offrir de l’eau et à manger pour notre trajet retour à Rio. Et plus que tout, j’ai demandé madame en mariage dans lors d’un magnifique pique nique organisé par leur soin ! "El cuarto era bastante pequeño, más chico de lo que se percibe en las fotos, el desayuno un poco escaso. Muy lindo entorno y ubicación "
