I fell under the weather towards the end of the trip and they were super helpful to us finding a doctor and getting us taxis for our departure. "The location is excellent if you are taking the ferry to Capri, Positano, Naples, etc. You walk right outside and it is directly out the door. Incredible views from the port. There is a very small beach nearby which is nice to put your feet in. The lift up to the city center is also very close and convenient. The included breakfast alone was worth the stay. Lots of options and staff incredibly friendly. On day 3, the breakfast coffee lady brought us cappuccinos without even asking, she knew what we wanted and was so kind. After traveling the coast for 16 days, I would say this is probably the best value/convenient hotel you can find in the area. "
