"Great location in Dundee, near to transport links and all tourist spots, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. Staff are excellent here and we felt really welcomed and well looked after.
Unfortunately the hotel is past its best and in desperate need of a refurb, new carpeting and a lick of paint."

"Lovely stay for my mum and I. Staff couldnt do more for you and a beautiful setting with lovely walks in and around the grounds. We had a room with a lovely river view. Didnt have dinner but breakfast was lovely with plenty choice."
