"There was one incident that has really bother me, the first morning there we went down for breakfast, we had just settle in when a black mean that was ing the food in a very loud voice said “mam”, tm got quiet no one moved or spoke this did’t satisfy. Nnjjji "

"Omni Charlottesville was wonderful! The location at the downtown mall was perfect. The only criticism we have is the pool area needs to be attended to. The outside pool specifically was fairly dirty. There were kids toys at the bottom & a broken boogie board on the side. These items were there both days we visited the outside pool. I would also not eat breakfast in the hotel as it was very expensive with limited choices. Otherwise, all else was great. Staff was excellent! Room was excellent! Bed was very comfortable!"

"We stayed for one night. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice. The parking lot was also very lit up at night for security and they had security cameras all over the building the actually seemed to monitor. All that though probably isn’t even necessary as the surrounding area isn’t sketchy looking. It was great for $100. "
