It is in an ideal location on the fringe of Belmont neighborhood -- minutes drive to bars and restaurants on the downtown mall (25 min walk) and downtown Belmont (15 minute walk) along with quick access to highway 64 just down the road. All basic amenities are included along with a parking pass and plenty of off-street parking. Great for weekend getaway or home base while in Cville. This apartment wss heaven. It was close to everything, had free parking, was in a great neighborhood with exceptional views, lots of space, very clean and modern and had all the essentials. We were five people and had beds for all with space to seoerate. Also two full bathrooms was a great plus. The trails behind the building were also a great treat. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked. But it’s a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator and we were in town for a weekend wedding so had a lot to carry. ##### Brenda F. These were more comfortable than the white chairs pictured. Mattresses were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Otherwise it’s a lovely apartment. Everything you need is provided. The highlight for me is the large windows and the view. We were there visiting family so not looking for restaurants in the the Belmont area. There is a nice Wegman’s grocery close by. ##### Judy D.
