"There was a man at the reception. When I asked him where he was from he said he was from very far from home. He was so gentle , extremely patient, gave us great restaurant suggestions. He made us feel like we were also at home or with family. The room was great! It was clean. He really stood out in his exceptional service. I just wish I could remember his name."

"You cannot judge this hotel by its cover. There is no elevator, just stairs, steep ones. But if you can get past that and the kind of outdated look of the exterior, the rooms themselves are very modernized and comfortable. My only complaint is the curtains do not cover the windows sufficiently--I thought it was broad daylight at 3 a.m. But for the price, it is a good place to stay if you don't need fancy."

"This property was lovely. My wife and I very much enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the views. The property was well kept and had an upscale feel to it. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings out on the front porch and the hot tub. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not very well stocked with "normal kitchen" stuff. There was no sponges for washing dishes and a standard spa chela. Not a big deal, but attention to detail matters. I would recommend a restocking of those small kitchen items to make the house more usable. Other than that, would definitely recommend this property to anyone!"

"Very nice secluded property. Enjoyed our daily deer watching around the pond area. Perfect area for dog to run around and enjoy nature also. House was clean and ready for our stay. Two separate living areas (first floor vs second floor) were both supplied with what was needed for our stay. Plenty of towels provided. Plenty of areas to choose to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Communication was fantastic prior to stay and during our stay."
