"Exceeded expectations. Food exceptional. Staff friendly and courteous. Easy to navigate which is rare in a big hotel. Room very nice and clean, but has very limited closet space. Lots of shopping and numerous restaurants nearby, some steps away. Luxury Row Shops across the street."

"Staff were amazing. The pool was dirty and needs maintenance on the tiles-many were broken off. But my biggest complaint is the r elevator system. There are not enough elevators and the system assigns elevators not knowing how many people are going to that floor so after waiting 5-10 minutes each time-the elevator is jam packed. A security guard showed us the service elevator so we used those the 2nd half of the stay and it made all the difference."

"Just be aware that the two story buildings (there is a tower building) do not have an elevator and it’s pretty difficult to carry your luggage up the steep stairs to the second floor of these buildings."
