Only downside was black mold on the shower tray edge but the power shower was awesome.The breakfast room is nicely decorated and the food on offer was of excellent quality and well cooked.goos continental selection. "The room and grounds are both excellent with very friendly staff. The location is easy to find but close to a moderately busy road. The outdoor spaces are fantastic with things for young and young at heart. We enjoyed walking down to the river and Houghton Mill for a tranquil picnic. The breakfast was delicious."
