The staff was pleasant as far as the bell boys and front desk, and poolside chair service, but restaurant, and pool side servers never checked on us as a guest, service was very poor. If you have pool side service, shouldn't they be taking drink orders?
The worst part was construction was going on - it would have been nice to have received an email about the construction so we could have made a choice to stay elsewhere, as it was so loud you could not sleep or relax pool side.

Thank you Christy for your review of The Reach Resort. We really appreciate your warm comments in regards, to our beach and staff, but regret that the restaurant fell short of expectations.
