The fully equipped kitchen includes a modern induction cooktop, ideal for preparing meals at home, while the cosy living room offers a relaxing space to unwind. Here, a comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation.

Other things to keep in mind
There is no lift: we are on the second floor, with 30 steps to climb;

There is no private parking: we are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL);

Due to its central location in one of the city’s busiest areas, there may be some noise; if you’re looking for a quiet place, this isn’t the place for you.

For reservations of up to 4 people, a sofa bed, if requested, incurs an additional cost of €20 for extra linens.

By regional law, gas heating may be used for 8 hours a day, from November 15 to April 15, at a maximum temperature of 22°C.

Under regional law, air conditioning, when used in cooling mode, cannot be set below 20°C during the summer.
