The Florence Nest B-Side

Florence Nest B-side is a cosy, comfortable, and quiet apartment where you can enjoy your stay in the city.
Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, it is equipped with every comfort: bed linens and towels, a minibar, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning in the bedroom.
Located on the ground floor of a historic building dating from the early 1900s, the 50-square-meter apartment features a living room, two cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have tall windows that let in plenty of light and offer pleasant views.
It can comfortably accommodate 6–7 people with complete privacy, thanks to a sofa bed in the kitchen and a single bed that can be added to the bedroom.

It is located on Via Catalani, 1,000 metres from the Santa Maria Novella train station, which connects Florence to Rome and Milan with high-speed trains every 15 minutes. It is very well connected by public transport to all parts of the city, just 2 tram stops from the heart of Florence.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, but if you need to leave your luggage earlier, please let me know at least one day in advance and I’ll try to help.
Check-out is by 10:30 a.m., but if you need to leave your luggage, just let me know upon arrival.
PERSONAL DATA REQUEST
Even for private apartments, the owner is required to collect visitors’ personal data for the purposes of reporting to local public safety authorities.

How to Get There
If you arrive by train, you can walk for about 15–20 minutes using a navigation app or take the T2 tram from the Alamanni station to Belfiore, then walk 200 metres to the apartment.

A tram ticket costs 1.70 euros and is valid for 90 minutes; it can be purchased via contactless payment on board or at the ticket machines at each stop.

If you arrive by plane, you can easily take the T2 tram to Redi station and then walk 200 metres to the apartment.

If you arrive by bus at Villa Costanza, you can take tram T1 and then T2 to Belfiore station.
If you arrive by bus at Piazzale Montelungo, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk away.

If you arrive by car, you can park on Via Landini, the parallel street, or elsewhere where there are blue lines; parking is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., and the hourly rate is 2 euros per hour. The white lines are for residents. From experience, parking enforcement in this area is very lax; it’s best to ensure you’re in compliance between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
You can also park at Garage Imperiale for 30 euros per day or at the MuoviAmo Giglio 2 garage at Via Corsica 27; online booking only is available at more favourable rates.

House Rules
We would greatly appreciate it if you would respect the home and the items inside it. Please treat my home as if it were your own.

Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Please be quiet and avoid loud gatherings and shouting in the stairwell and inside the home.
Please take extra precautions, especially after 11:00 PM.

Keep the house clean! Please wash dishes if you’ve used them. We trust that guests will leave the house just as they found it.

Please use towels for drying, not for cleaning makeup, blood, or anything else; please use paper towels or wet wipes instead.

Please smoke on the balcony and do not throw cigarette butts downstairs.

Parties and events are prohibited.
