Beautiful hotel and nice quiet neighborhood. Close to nice restaurants and gelato although a bit far of a walk to the main city center. The bus or taxi may have been easier but we ended up walking everywhere! Made up for the amount of food we consumed while in Florence I suppose. Breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day!

The property was magnificent - much nicer than what was depicted in the web photos. The staff was exceptional ... whether it was the administrative staff, the servers, or the cleaning staff, all realized that they were there to service their guests and they provided quality services consistently during our stay. The breakfast was exceptional. A very pleased guest!

The room was clean except the walls were dirty and need painting. The flushing mechanism on the toilet needs adjustment. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast bar was excellente. The sea bass on the lunch menu was great. The grounds are well kept and have several outdoor seating so very nice hotel overall.

The property was clean and beautifully maintained inside and out. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were extremely pleasant as well as the courteous and lovely dining staff. The breakfast was perfect with a wonderful selection of choices. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. I cannot recommend this wonderful property enough. We look forward to visiting again someday!! Thank you again for the wonderful experience and everyone at Villa Neroli!!!

This is overall a great property in every respect. Highly recommended. The only advice to other visitors is to plan for their lunch and dinner if they want more variety. The hotel restaurant is great and we dined there several times. But there are not many other good choices within walking distance from the hotel.

The buffet breakfast had every option to be desired. Staff was helpful. Hotel is situated in a quiet area. If you’re coming from the US don’t forget a plug adapter AND step down transformer. There is a bus stop close by to get into the city or most things are a 30-60 minute walk. Irons are not in the rooms but in a designated area or available upon request.
