Disliked: Check-in, communication
We lost a sentimental item and have reached out via WhatsApp and via the messaging through this app. NO COMMUNICATION at all back. Very disappointed. Check in experience - not the easiest/most convenient. The room itself was decent, the terrace was a nice bonus.
