Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Awful interior and overall terrible experience, good location. Looks inside just like a college dorm room, complete with a broken chair (the only place to sit), a hole in the bathroom wall and bare bones furniture and appliances. A/C unit is next to the window which is hundreds of years old so the cold air just escapes through the gaps. Makes it impossible to cool down the upper loft sleeping area, which is also reminiscent of a college pull-out mattress with no topper and one single sheet. WiFi didn’t work for 2 of 4 days despite multiple requests to fix. We were given three different modes of communication with the ‘managers’ one of which didn’t reply to any requests, the only replied 12 hours later that they were only for nighttime requests (?). Communication was a joke. Nothing was done to help aid our situation in a timely manner. So disappointing because the location is good, and we paid a pretty penny to stay here. They charged our card one week in advance and we had no way to get out of the situation. Avoid avoid avoid this place at all costs.
