They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with questions we had about the area. There were also some protests in the city during our stay, but they communicated with us on ways to stay safe and where to avoid. They went above and beyond during our stay and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Florence.

Our stay at Tornabuoni Suites in Florence exceeded expectations. The apartment was fabulous and incredibly spacious, giving us the feeling of living in a fancy private apartment right in the heart of the city rather than a typical hotel room. Check in was quick and easy, the location was fantastic for exploring Florence on foot, and the staff was consistently great throughout our stay. We loved everything about the apartment and felt it offered excellent value for money. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Florence.

Perfect stay. Everything was perfect. The room was great with a beautiful view. Nemi at the front desk was amazing. So helpful and kind. She took the time to recommend nice restaurants and sites to see. The room was perfectly clean. They gave us a bottle of champagne and water. Even the coffee from the machine in the room was delicious. My only complaint is that we were only able to spend 1 night there. I wish we could have booked for our entire time in Florence. It was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our entire trip to Italy.

Amazing location, good service, could enhance a bit of presentation for general areas and some services given positioning of concept - Suites are very nicely appointed.

The location is absolutely perfect-very walkable and safe. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The description states “laundry facilities”, however they do NOT have facilities. They have a very pricey laundry service, we opted to walk less than 5 minutes down the street to do wash ourselves at a very reasonable laundry facility. There is no concierge, so you can’t count on anyone there to book anything for you.

Loved the location. We felt like we had our own private apartment along a beautiful street lined with designer shops! Staff was wonderful. Bed comfortable and the view! Oh the view we had from the Belvedere suite! The best place to stay in Florence!

The location was next to Rothko exhibit in Strozzi Palace. Not far from more heavily touristed area around Duomo. Very quiet street side room due to excellent sound proofed windows. Wonderful to have junior suite room with extra space. Alessandra was most welcoming and informative. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were incredibly helpful even calling train station to verify our train was not cancelled due to the strike. They also recommended wonderful local restaurants in real local neighborhoods away from tourists. The suite we had was beautiful spacious calming and luxurious. We’d very highly recommend Tornabuoni suites.

The lady working here is nice... but rooms are on 5th floor and ELEVATOR BROKE trapping us upstairs first night! The shower was tiny leaked water... not lots of space but beautiful view. Gets stars mostly for the excellent location.

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the designer shopping area and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was a very good size and we had a terrace which was well worth having to get the outside space for a drink or just to take in the location. The small kitchen area with mini bar and coffee machine was very useful. The only downside was our arrival when the lady on reception said we didn’t have a booking which we did so a slight moment of panic which could have been avoided. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.
