Sdrucciolo dei Pitti Fourth floor

  • Intimate and discreet apartment on the fourth floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building. Strategic location, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Recently renovated apartment, enjoys all the comforts of a modern accommodation located in a lively and central neighborhood. It consists of: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living area with kitchenette equipped with dishes, utensils, dishwasher, oven. It feature    Wifi, washing machine, and air conditioning. To reach the apartment you need to walk up four floors, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.


    Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
    The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
    Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

    Service limitation:
    Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
    The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
    Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
    For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

    As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.

Beautiful Views!

This was an excellent stay! You can walk anywhere from here, the River, restaurants, the museums and markets. The view is amazing. Even just sitting on the couch reading is wonderful here. I would absolutely rent here again.

There were no vineyard tours or experience. We were given the keys by a very underqualified individual who fled as soon as I signed the documents. There was absolutely no mention of the fact there were 73 very steep stairs. The place was fine. The photo seriously under states the amount of light in the property. I tried to contact the "owner", but he was only interestesed in getting paid.
