  • Delightful apartment for rent in Via San Giovanni in Florence. Located in the wonderful historic district of San Frediano, a stone's throw from the river and many of the city's main attractions, the apartment has recently been renovated and refurbished with great care. The property is located on the second floor of a typical Florentine Oltrarno building overlooking a quiet street with little traffic. The apartment is spread over three levels and consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a terrace. San Giovanni House can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people as one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (located in a mezzanine), while the other has a double bed. The first bathroom has a shower and the second has both a shower and a bathtub. The house is equipped with numerous amenities: ceiling fans in the bedrooms, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and everything needed for cooking.
