Very spacious room with a kitchen and fridge in the common area (they had a washer too). Staff were very nice and swift responding back to my questions and concerns. This hotel is located at the center of central Florence, so it’s quite convenient wherever you go. I am very happy with the service and would definitely come back when I visit the city next time!

We really enjoyed our stay because of the excellent location. It was just a one-minute walk from the Fontana del Porcellino and very close to shops, restaurants, and the main attractions in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and making the most of our visit.

Great place to stay, spacious and clean. Beautiful serene courtyard with full of lemon trees and lemons, 5 min walk, close to the beach and restaurants. Benedetta was great, she met us at the property and showed us the amenities, she was always available for help.

Such a good location! Check in was easy and simple, we were able to leave our bags when room wasn’t ready. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Florence! Only downside was the shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold, and the last night of our stay we had no hot water :( but other than that was a great stay!! :)

The room was in a great location, walking distance to everything! Couple things to note, the water took a very long time to get warm and doing laundry was a bit rough with only a washer and no dryer , considering the weather was rainy all week but other than that, it was a good spot!

The apartment was wonderful and very centrally located in the heart of Florence. Just around the corner from Piazza del Signoria and the famous Porcellino was just steps from the front door. A larger market is also there and was quite busy during the day. The street is small and keeps down the noise. We were serenaded nightly from a street performer that set up in the marketplace. The windows did block out most of the noise.

Unbeatable location only a few steps from the Piazza della Signoria, yet surprisingly quiet. (My room was facing the street) Charming room with traditional yet high-quality furniture. Super-easy check-in/out, with very friendly host. Incredible value. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Florence.
