Self Check-In: We guarantee that the apartment will be ready by 3:00 PM.

If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to stop by and drop off your luggage even if the apartment has not yet been cleaned. You can then return later once the housekeeping team has finished preparing the space.



• Hot Water: The 80-liter electric boiler supports 10–15 minute hot showers.

Once the hot water is used, it takes about one hour to fully recharge.



• Support: We are available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

For emergencies outside these hours, we remain reachable by phone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
