Just outside the walls of the centre of Florence, bordering the historic district of San Frediano, it is well-served through transport to reach the centre and not far from Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and the Borgo Ognissanti area, reachable on foot in a few minutes, we offer you this comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment. The location is also ideal for extended stays. From here, you can easily reach not only the historic centre of Florence but also Piazzale Michelangelo and Forte Belvedere, the connections with the motorways and the panoramic roads connecting to the countryside, destinations for Sunday Florentine trips. The area has the typical popular trattorias and all the shops for everyday shopping; a supermarket is just behind the building. The apartment, which has been recently restored with special attention to detail, is tastefully furnished and offers all comforts. The decor is modern and colorful, and the apartment is spacious and well-appointed. We had our four older teenage kids and our friends from Germany all comfortably fitted into the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful balcony, though it was a bit too hot out for us to use it. The air conditioning was critical because we stayed during the heat wave. It is a short walk to the downtown area, and there a multiple nice cafes along the way. There is also a grocery store right next to the apartment, which is very convenient. There wasn’t any flexibility to check in early due to the required cleaning procedures, but there is a nice lunch restaurant that early arrivals can use to pass the time until check in is ready, with plenty of room for bags. Alberto was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our stay, answering questions very quickly and offering support while we were there.
