Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! Love that spiral staircase and the wood grained hardwood flooring, huge window, nice shower, and the window soundproof was so wonderful, we all have pleasant sleep. It would be helpful to provide some public transportation tips , overall, I had a pleasant stay, and will definitely book here again!

This was my 2nd stay here in the month! I brought my family this time and they absolutely LOVED IT! The rooms are pristine and its the only place Ill stay when in Florence! It’s a lovely little apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The communication was great! There were some items missing. For example, no wine opener. The shower door leaks out the bottom. Overall a lovely place and a great price!

The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we where unlucky, but the company ha no customer care whatsoever.

My family booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were contacted the day of our stay and told that our room had been double booked on the first night. We were offered a 1 bedroom apartment and a small refund as a gesture of good will. The refund offered did not even cover the difference in price of the downgraded room. After communicating this we were offered a 2 bedroom and a smaller refund. Fast forward to almost a month later and we have not received the refund which was supposed to be paid in 5 - 10 days. Communication on day 2 (when we were required to move rooms) was poor. The chat feature on what’s app was awful, we requested our new room details via this channel, after having 3 chats ended on us without an answer we were finally provided this information 3 hours after we first asked. The property was lovely but our experience of communication and administration was very poor.

Well maintained apartment in great neighborhood

The property is top notch and well maintained. You have everything you need for your stay. Location wise it is 15 min walk to downtown Florence. Everything you need are around and within walking distance. The communication with the property staff were always fast and responsive. The check in information sent via email will in the day of arrival. Don’t need to worry if someone will be at the location to get you in. You just need to upload your required documents before your arrival and you all set. There is grocery store nearby and great places to sip a coffee and get pastries . The only thing to mention that the apartment doesn’t have the washer and dryer in the apartment but rather it’s a public one in the basement that include the iron abs iron board. It would be worth mentioning that in the description. The apartment we get was in the main floor facing the Main Street so it was noisy especially during the weekend nights with cars and motorbikes making load noises during the quiet night. I would recommend to have booklet for all the kids instructions for trash disposal and other stuff in the apartment. I know the information where available in the electronic form but wasn’t sent till the day of check in and while you are traveling you don’t get the time to review all these information.
