Maison37 is a splendid two-room apartment with independent entrance equipped with all comforts located in the Coverciano area. It will be an excellent starting point both for visiting the historic center of Florence and for spending a few days relaxing in the Tuscan countryside or for work as it is very close to all the main services and the Florence South motorway exit.  
Apartment located in a condominium but with independent access. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal consisting of a living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped and ready-to-use kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom with large shower.  
Kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, pots and table service. Ideal and ready to host you for long stays. Finally, a splendid outdoor patio to enjoy an aperitif or dinner in the open air. Private parking available for 2 motorbikes. Free street car parking always available in the street below the house.
