Great for the price would stay there again in a minute. Helpfull and friendly staff, room clean A/C worked great, plus great water pressure and hot water as well. Extra bonus of #2 tram right outside the place.

Property is very old and needs a lot of improvements. We were not comfortable with the hygiene of the room (bathroom and bed). Staff does not speak English or Spanish, they were very nice.
