Great for the price would stay there again in a minute. Helpfull and friendly staff, room clean A/C worked great, plus great water pressure and hot water as well. Extra bonus of #2 tram right outside the place.

This property met my expectations and was perfect for our needs. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Though a bit dated and shabby, our two rooms were impeccably clean, sheets and towels crisp and fresh, and the AC unit new and efficient. Plenty of hanging and drawer storage. Fantastic cafe/bakery on a nearby corner for breakfast, restaurants five minutes walk. Try Retro Ristorante—modest entry area but gorgeous inside, and fantastic food! Perfect hotel for a more modest budget, walkable to everything.

Property is very old and needs a lot of improvements. We were not comfortable with the hygiene of the room (bathroom and bed). Staff does not speak English or Spanish, they were very nice.

O hotel é extremamente limpo e o quarto que ficamos muito espaçoso. O banheiro estava reformado com box e superou a expectativa. A equipe muito prestativa, simpáticos eu amei. Boa localização, e tem pontos de ônibus em frente. Um excelente custo benefício, podem ficar sem medo
