The hotel is Georgous. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are fantastic. Staff is Incredible. Hotel is right in the heart of Florence. About 7 minutes walking from Duomo.

Absolutely magical hotel in the heart of Florence! ✨ The location couldn’t be more perfect, right in the center of everything. We absolutely loved our stay, and the Premium Balcony Room was incredible. The room itself felt like stepping into a piece of art and history, with so much character and charm. Truly a special stay in Florence, highly recommend!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. You are in the heart of everything. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The only suggestion is to request a room in the main building. Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made the experience feel special. The service truly went above and beyond, and I felt valued throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

From the time we walked through the front door and left the staff was amazing! Extremely helpful, from helping with an early check in, to snagging tickets to see the David, staff made it easy to ask for help! As if they truly enjoyed it! Thanks for the memorable stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had to book a stay at short notice after a flight cancellation and we were very well catered for. Free Prosecco! Great breakfast! Promptly delivered ironing board! All this great service plus a view of batch flying in front of the Palazzo Vecchio. Incredible.

Stayed here while visiting Florence. Great location and the area is very walkable! However, for the price our air conditioning was on working, the shower leaked outside into the bathroom and soaked the floor, and the toilet would not flush. Beautiful property though and would overall recommended the hotel. I was just a little disappointed by those few things.
