I had a very nice stay overall. The location is excellent and it’s right next to the light rail station, making transportation easy, and many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very kind, welcoming, and thorough in explaining everything about the property. The main reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that several items in the property were broken or damaged. There were cracks in some of the dishes, the shower door came off during my stay, and even during check-in, the balcony curtain handle detached. While none of these issues ruined my experience, they suggest the property could benefit from more frequent inspections and maintenance, especially since some of these issues could become safety concerns in the future. That said, the space was comfortable, spacious, and enjoyable overall. With a little more attention to upkeep, this would easily be a five-star stay.
