Greci Terrace is a very large apartment of 150 square meters, located in the heart of the city exactly halfway between Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce. The property is on the third floor of a historic building, and consists of four bedrooms, a large bright living room, a kitchen and two complete bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub). The apartment also has a nice terrace. It is a very luxury apartment, perfect for hosting very large families or large groups of friends thanks to its large spaces. Greci Terrace is equipped with internet access with Wi-Fi and independent heating.

City tax is 6 euros per day per person (excluding children under 12) up to a maximum of 7 days.

Very central to all tourist destinations but tucked away from the street noise. Immaculately remodelled but be aware that since it’s created from joining several buildings’ attics it takes 62 steps to get to. Wasn’t a problem for our group

We loved our stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. My only feedback is that the apartment was very sparse. The kitchen, though great for cooking, was missing some items that we needed to go out and purchase. Overall though the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the people were very nice. We loved the rooftop.

Property was clean and modern. Had plenty of room for group of 9. Check in was very easy. The property is on third floor with no elevator so bring light suitcases! Air conditioning in every room kept us very cool on the hot days in Florence. Used washer and dryer as well. Great stay would recommend.

Well located and close to everything. Nicely renovated and great roof terrace. Quite a few stairs so may be a challenge for the elderly. Slight misunderstanding during timings of check in process for my father who was checking in but all was resolved.

The apartment was very nice, in a great location!!..only thing is that there is no elevator, and to get there we needed to climb stairs to the forth floor :very hard, no good for seniors, particularly with luggage. Recommend also: paper towels in the kitchen and extra towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise : GREAT

Should be perfect…

Everything about this place should be perfect. The location and check in were fantastic. But it has a leaky roof, a mosquito problem, and the drains in the sink were clogged and drained super slow. I can’t rate any higher than a two star if it has a leaky roof. The floors were also dirty in the rooms, like they only cleaned the floors in the entryway.

Family vacation

The place was clean, exactly how advertised very comfortable had all the combinations that we needed. Close to everything. The only downside is the number of steps going up to the apartment there is no elevator. There are a lot of steps. For young people shouldn’t be a problem. It’s may be for an older adult. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and good location

The property was just as pictured and very clean throughout. Air conditioning worked well and included a washer and dryer in the unit. Location was good for our purposes. About a 10 minute taxi ride to main train station or approximately 20 minute walk. The property is on the top floor (3 stories) so be ready to climb so stairs as there is no elevator. It's probably a good thing after all the good food you'll be eating.

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the Greci Terrace apartments. It was a great size for 3 couples and 3 more individuals (3 queen+ and 3 twin size beds). The space was lovely, the rooftop was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and the ac worked great. Just a warning for anyone who has trouble with stairs - there are about 5 flights to reach the apartment. A few small things would have made the stay much better - decent (and ideally extra) pillows, hooks for towels, a curtain for the downstairs bathroom.

Great location. Wish they set us up a bit better for using the kitchen. There were zero kitchen towels or paper towels to get us started. Greci Terrace in beautiful Florence

Greci Terrace was a great choice for our group. The location was within walking distance to many of the highlights in Florence and on a quiet street. We loved being able to go up on the rooftop deck (great view) and having both a washer AND dryer was awesome! The kitchen is well appointed and we took advantage of the long counter area to enjoy a couple meals (note there is no microwave or freezer though we really didn’t need either during our stay). A couple questions came up during check-in and those were promptly addressed. We all loved Florence and would love to come back here again!
