This apartment couldn’t be better situated for first-timers wanting to be in the hustle-bustle of Florence. Our group of three couples each had our own bedroom and bathroom which makes traveling easier. The air-conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen table was large. We didn’t do any cooking ourselves, but there were kitchen implements available if we had wanted to. My communication with the host themselves was very good: quick responses and professional exchanges. At first, I tried to reach out through Expedia’s messaging tab, and that seemed to be a dead-end street. Emailing directly to the host was easy. I will definitely choose this apartment for future visits to Florence…and this city is so wonderful, we’ll have to return.

Location, location, location!! If you want to be steps away from the Duomo, this is a great property. Large apartment, beautifully decorated with comfortable bedrooms. Just an FYI, minimal kitchen supplies but we ate most of our meals out. Highly recommend.

Our group of four had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Florence and extremely walkable to everything we wanted to see. One of our favorite parts was opening the large windows to hear the vibrant sounds of the city; it made us feel truly immersed in the local atmosphere. The property was spotless, elegantly decorated, and offered plenty of space for our group. Communication with the management company was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip!

Perfect Location

Great apartment and the location was spectacular. There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I come back to Florence I would stay here again.

Eccellente!

Perfect location for exploring Florence and located right around the corner from the famous Duomo. The property was super clean with modern appliances and amenities, and very effective AC (which was great during the August heat wave). Would not hesitate to stay here again with my family of 5 and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location in Florence.

Great Apartment and Location

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is right by the Duomo and the Plazza Della Repubblica. I had a question about the air conditioning not working correctly, but Edoardo came by to help solve the problem. I would recommend staying here and I plan on staying here again if I come back to Florence.

Wonderful modern property right near the Duomo - unbeatable location. Modern and very comfortable apartment. Only negative comment is that as we were travelling as a family it would have been nice to have access to a washing machine and dryer.

Clean and well located. Owners were responsive and attended to small issues. Only complaint is they should supply a bit more necessary items like toilet paper and dish soap. We used the tiny amount provided on first day.

Luxury apartment did not disappoint

This was the BEST apartment during our 10 day Italian vacation. From Venice, to Florence and then off to Rome, this apartment was a highlight. It is centrally located. Beautifully decorated and the onboarding was AMAZING. Erica was SO exceptional. She met us at the apartment. Gave us great options for food and recommend local contacts for tours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are staying in Florence, this is the spot to choose.

Great location but cheaply furnished

Location, communication and overall expectations were well met. However the outlets didn’t work in one room, another rooms bathroom had very low water pressure and half the lights didn’t work. The couch was hard but the place was cute and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay but if we hadn’t rented the entire space we would’ve suffered not being able to have electricity.
