Great location, city center was within walking distance. Huge shoutout to Emmanuel who checked us in! He was very personable, forthcoming with local events and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The rest of the staff was short and curt - left me with the impression that I was an unwelcome bother. Will only return if there’s no other affordable option.

Rooms very clean. Bathrooms were ok. We recommend to put hooks for towels. Breakfast was good. The only observation is that is 20 min from center. I acknowledge we booked this hotel because it was recommended by a friend and did not verify distance from Florence Center.

I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!

Breakfast and the dining room staff were excellent. Young staff at the front desk were helpful though some of the older gentleman were a little stuffy. ALOT of construction in the area making walking a little difficult but still doable.
