This two-story, 85-square-meter apartment is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Florence!





Built on the ruins of a medieval tower bombed during World War II, the apartment is located in the heart of the bohemian Santo Spirito area, with a view of the basilica that gives the area its name.

This part of the city is known for its lively and authentic atmosphere, still frequented by locals. You’ll be surrounded by artisan shops, cafés, and restaurants. Plus, Florence’s main attractions, such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Brancacci Chapel, are all within easy walking distance.



The apartment has two fully equipped double bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, features a king-size bed and is separate from the living room, complete with a walk-in closet, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends. The second bedroom, also separate from the living room and located on the upper floor, offers you exceptional privacy. Both are equipped with high-quality blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters.



The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the apartment. Elegant and charming, it overlooks a beautiful traditional Florentine courtyard. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, it’s the ideal place to relax, watch a film, or read a good book.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. In the living area, you’ll also find a large round table with 4 chairs.



The bathroom, located opposite the tower’s load-bearing wall, features a shower and a large bathtub. Inside, you’ll find a complimentary toiletries kit with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. There are also appliances such as a hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer.



The apartment features a washing machine, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, and a smart TV.





We are located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone), and vehicle access is permitted only to reach the garages near the apartment: Garage Santa Trinita, Garage Fosi, and Garage Lungarno. These three parking facilities are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From the Florence airport, you can take a taxi, rent a car, or take the bus.

To reach the apartment, you’ll need to climb a few steps to the second floor. Since the building is historic, it does not have an lift.
