Excellent AC, washing machine on back deck, and front deck for coffee in the morning. Very clean. Furniture very modern and comfortable enough. No weird art on the walls - bravo! Two bathrooms were great! AMAZING free off-street parking outside ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato). Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. Only negative was kitchen was lacking simplest condiments for basic cooking, notably vinegar and pepper. (Upon arrival, in cupboards we did find olive oil, salt and some sugar packets.) Convenient location for us - about 15 min stroll across Ponte Amerigo Vespucci to San Michele e Cajetan Church where we were attending ordinations. Free parking was amazing. The property was large enough and had everything. They ley us check in an hour early and checkout and hour later. Only downside is they are doing contraction on the front of the building and it gets loud from 7am.
