The room was small but all we needed for our short, one night stay. My only 'complaint' is that being called a B&B to me means breakfast is included, which is not the case. There is an extra charge for breakfast. We were offered a wadsicount so given the convenience, its worth it. But having said that, the correspondence by text suggested that the staff would be able to help us as we are vegans and didn't know if the breakfas would 674 chatracters Add photos of your staybe ven friendly. The staff me barrier so it was somewhat difficult. The B&B itself was comfortable and full of character. The area was reasonably quiet also. It was only a 20 min walk to most of the attractions Florence has to offer so very convenient. Sam was extraordinarily helpful, he provided us with many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Had an airconditioning issue, where the fault lies on "load sharing" with other guests. According to their staff, the ACs of other guests must be set to cooling so that the ACs will work as it is. It's like the AC settings are chained-up. Perhaps it's a tolerable problem during summer when the guests are very likely using the ACs all in cooling mode. Aber sie arbeiten mit einer bewachten Garage zusammen. Die Lage ist super vom Hotel zu Fuß in einem normalen Tempo ist man innerhalb 15 min in der Stadt. Würde ich wieder dorthin gehen ?
