As a single female traveler, I did not feel safe in this location. Entering the two doors the hallway was dark, and I don’t believe the motion sensor light was working. The lift would hold two people, but it was necessary to hold the button down the entire time you wanted it to move. And it was very slow. Staff was only in the building until four in the afternoon so I had very little communication with them. All of the furniture, including the mattress is old. The sheets were rough, the pillows were flat. I did not eat the breakfast. It was an additional cost that I didn’t want to pay - For something I could get for less money a block away. I do not recommend, and I will not stay there again. Had an airconditioning issue, where the fault lies on "load sharing" with other guests. According to their staff, the ACs of other guests must be set to cooling so that the ACs will work as it is. It's like the AC settings are chained-up. Perhaps it's a tolerable problem during summer when the guests are very likely using the ACs all in cooling mode.
