"If you are going to the World Cup, this hotel is absolutely worth it! It made our experience so easy -- just walking across the street. Though I don't usually stay at Best Westerns, this one was decent and well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic."

"I wish they had some literature in the room to describe what the facilities offered and possibly a map showing how to get to the pool. Also wish there were more towel racks and clothing hooks in the dressing/sink area. Also think the full link dressing mirror should be moved off the wall that faces the dressing area AND sleeping area. NOT all guests would be comfortable with their reflection being seen in various states of undress by other occupants who are sharing the room - these might be children, adult relatives, or even just friends. Put the full length mirror IN THE DRESSING/WASHING AREA."

"We stayed because it it close to a new concert venue. Hotel staff was very nice, property was clean. If you plan to eat, make a reservation. There is no shuttle like other casinos, so pay for ride share if you want to have a good time and not drive. Our shower was amazingly hot and it was hard to get thw temp down and it creeps back up when you have it set."

"Rooms were really clean and nice. Good amenities, and breakfast was great. Nice worldcup decorations. Only issue is I got in late from traveling (11pm), and wanted to do a late checkout to get more adequate sleep as I had a 22 hour drive ahead of me. I was told there were no late checkouts. Overall, great experience and I would most definitely stay again."

"Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening. Again, it could use some attention and a thorough scrubbing of the chairs (or maybe new), but we did enjoy it there. I’m looking forward to seeing what new ownership may bring, but I would stay here again. The rooms are pricey for an older hotel, but the location is great!"
