"A hidden gem just East of Flagstaff. The Resort rooms have been recently renovated (to include the bed mattresses) and the nightly rates are very reasonable. The buffet offers a variety of delicious dishes. "

"The staff was really great. We arrived in town around 11am and went in to ask if we can park while we walked around, and we were informed our room was available and we could just check in now. We missed dinner due to plans but the breakfast was great- biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, eggs, pancakes, fruit salad, waffle machine, various breads, hardboiled eggs, yogurt. I really appreciate the sugar free syrup option. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. My husband used the gym and said the machines were high quality, even counted your reps. Parking lot is limited but attached garage with ample room. "

"Overall this was a 1 star stay. The bright spot is Nick. He was an amazing front desk staffer. I had a cell phone issue while trying to schedule a ride to the airport. He was doing all he could to help me. Now the downside. The window shade was in disrepair to the point that you could see in from the outside and I rigged a towel on a hanger to get by. The USB port (the only one I could find) was broken which was obvious by just looking at it. The sheets were very thin. The buttons to set the alarm clock were broken. (Cell phone issue so that was not an option. I asked for a wake up call to meet my shuttle to the airport. That call never came but I luckily woke up 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. I told the front desk attendant that I didn't get the requested call. She gave an 'I couldn't care less' shrug, rolled her eyes, said "well sorry". I can deal with everything else as you get what you pay for. But the attitude of the front desk attendant was just about too much. I left quickly before my response had a chance to get out. My shuttle was waiting and it clearly wouldn't have mattered if I retorted."
