The room was very clean, and the staff is very kind. The rooms are all accessed from the outside, like an old school motel. It could use some minor maintenance in the bathroom but nothing that impacts your stay.

Clean room. Quiet and safe location, away from the noise of downtown Flag. Within seconds from the 89 (to Sedona) and I-40. Plenty of parking. Tricky to find the entrance turn at first, but can’t miss it once you see it. Check-in and out was smooth. Breakfast was solid (fruit, cereal, bread, sausage and eggs, coffee, juice, waffles). Water cooler available in the lobby 24/7.
