Basic, but needs improvement
I was first placed in a "pet-friendly" room with no carpet that smelled overwhelmingly of deodorizing spray. Rooms are small and very close to each other, so I also encountered my neighbor with a friendly dog; unfortunately, my partner has asthma and this was not comfortable. Staff cheerfully changed my room, but I didn't appreciate the placement when I had no pet. Our secondary room had a noisy heater that didn't allow controlling the fan, and emitted a sickening burnt smell; the water pipes thumped like someone was jumping up and down over our room. Chose this hotel because it had a pool/hot tub, but the hot tub looked dirty so didn't use. There is breakfast, though.
